What’s the status of my order?
As soon as you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email so you can track its progress.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with the expected delivery date and a tracking link (if available for your shipping method).
You can also check your order status anytime in the "Order History" section of your account on our website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We work fast to ship your order, so changes can only be made before it’s processed for shipping.
Once your order is “Preparing for Shipping,” “Shipped,” or “Delivered,” we can’t make edits.
Orders typically ship the same day, but if you need to make changes or cancel, email us with your order number ASAP—we’ll do our best to help!

What is the shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders $60+ in most locations.*
*Flat rates apply to certain areas:
- Nunavut: $20
- NL, NWT & Yukon: $9.99
Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
- Quebec & Ontario: 3–6 business days
- Rest of Canada: 5–8 business days
Remote areas may experience longer times, and delays may occur during busy periods like Black Friday & the holidays.

Return & Refund Policy
We stand by our products and want you to love them! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Products purchased on promotion or at a discounted price, as well as gift cards, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Start a Return
1️⃣ Contact us via email to request a return.
2️⃣ If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.Damaged or Incorrect Orders?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know immediately with a photo, and we’ll make it right!
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
- If your refund isn’t processed within 15 business days (as it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too), please reach out to us.

What’s the shelf life? Will it go bad if I don’t use it quickly?
Not at all! Our protein powder has a long shelf life—up to 18 months from purchase. So you can stock up without stress and enjoy it at your own pace.
