This is a fantastic and easy way to up protein consumpton without it tasting like gross sweeteners or weird flavours!! You can mix it in pretty much anything. I’m very picky with my coffee and that mix is the only one i haven’t enjoyed but ill drink it in water or tea or put it in a smoothie or yogourt or cereal milk. 👌🏻
It has been so easy to add extra protein to my diet. Mainly I add this to my coffee with soy milk and it is tasteless. The only thing I would caution if reheating in the microwave it can become a bit lumpy. I love this product!

I ordered this to put in my morning Chai Latte as I wanted to add protein but not with gritty protein powders. It works perfectly for this. My daughter who has extreme food aversions (autistic with ARFID) has also starting using it in her morning fruit smoothies.
